Both Renee and Paula have helped me to sell my first house (which only took 2 weeks). They both met with me at my home and determined some basic improvement items that really helped to improve the space. I believe their suggestions and attentiveness were the reason my first home sold so quickly. They also helped me to navigate a more complex contingency sale and kept me informed and updated at all times. Very kind and attentive: a real team! My girlfriend and I then were on the hunt for our next home within the next few months. Paula and Renee both helped us understand current market offerings and prices within a very specific area of interest. They gave candid feedback on the homes when asked, and had a deep understanding of the market in the area. Furthermore we found our dream home and they both helped us to negotiate an excellent price. Within a weeks time they were both available to visit the home twice and jump on multiple conference calls to ensue we were satisfied and understood the process the whole way. We felt like their only clients!
